The Bloomington City Council has scheduled a public hearing for July 20 on a request to subdivide the property at 7803 Penn Ave S into four separate lots. The applicant, Kraus-Anderson, Inc., is seeking a Type II Preliminary and Final Plat, according to the city's public hearing notice.
The hearing is set for 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road. Residents can attend in person or participate electronically. The case is tracked under number PL202600112, per the city.
Anyone who can't make the meeting but wants their comments on the record has until 2 p.m. that same day to submit testimony in advance, either by voicemail at 952-563-4695 or by emailing [email protected], the city said.
