If you spent Saturday in shirtsleeves, enjoy the memory. MSP hit 75° with no rain. Sunday won't come close.
Overnight stays cloudy with a low around 48 and a 40% chance of showers. Sunday holds those same odds under mostly cloudy skies, with a high near 56 and a light north wind around 5 mph. This isn't a washout. It's a gray day where showers may or may not show up, so a jacket and a backup plan for anything outdoors make sense.
Sunday night drops to around 43, still cloudy, still a 40% shower chance. The National Weather Service puts any new rain at less than a tenth of an inch, which won't do much to roads or trails.
Monday is the wetter day. Rain chances jump to 80%, the high only reaches about 50, and a tenth to a quarter inch is possible during the day, with about the same overnight. That's worth knowing for the Monday commute. Tuesday then rebounds to a partly sunny 64, with south-southeast gusts as high as 25 mph.
For today, it's an ordinary late-October Sunday: cool and damp, but nothing dramatic.
