The board voted 4-0 to approve a resolution of support and up to $300,000 in funding (LAHA or in-lieu fee dollars) plus a housing TIF district for the 52-unit Adora affordable housing development at 13th and American, proposed by developer JO Companies on city-owned land. The project targets 30/50/60% AMI units and would repay a $285,570 right-of-way acquisition fund; the deal is contingent on the developer winning competitive 9% low-income housing tax credits (application due July 9). City Council must next approve an intent-to-purchase and TIF support resolution, with construction targeted for fall 2027.
