Established in 1910, Carlo's Bakery was catapulted from a Hoboken, NJ-based neighborhood bakery to a household name through the public's fascination with the recipes produced by master baker Buddy Valastro and his famiglia on the TLC's hit series, Cake Boss. Offering up a variety of the most popular pastries and treats, as well as custom cakes, the famous famiglia and bakery is most known for today, this is a one-stop (bake) shop for dessert lovers.
