Caliber Collision's Bloomington shop is at 171 American Boulevard West, on the south side of the boulevard just west of Nicollet Avenue, across from Sam's Club and a block south of I-494. It repairs collision damage of every size, from dents and scratches to major body work, and works directly with insurance companies on claims, so most drivers can start with their insurer and have the shop handle the paperwork from there. You can get a free estimate by stopping in, calling (952) 888-8700, or sending photos of the damage through the online estimate link on Caliber's website. The shop is Ford-certified, and Caliber backs its repairs with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and closed on weekends. For a drop-off, it helps to bring your driver's license, your insurance card and claim number if you have filed one, every key and fob for the car, and to take valuables and toll tags out before you leave it. Caliber is the country's largest collision repair chain, with more than 1,700 shops in 41 states.
